Here are some commonly asked questions.
Accessories
Most of Agio’s outdoor furniture collections are designed with coordinating pieces that allow you to create a truly unique outdoor room.
- Check with your local retailer to see if they have additional pieces that are part of your Agio collection.
- Or you might want to check to see if your collection is offered by a different retailer, who may have ordered different pieces to offer as part of their product offering.
You may discover that another retailer is offering the same beautiful Agio collection, but has chosen different complementary pieces that will work with your existing collection.
You may find that some retailers have the same frames but have made different fabric or cushion choices.
We encourage you to look, but Agio cannot guarantee that you will find the exact same collection with the same fabric.
Some retailers sell their items in complete sets only. Some retailers sell each of the items individually. It is entirely up to the retailer as to how Agio products are merchandised.
Since we are a custom manufacturer and sell directly to the retailer, we currently do not offer cushions for sale. We recommend visiting a home improvement center or specialty patio shop.
However, some basic care and maintenance pieces designed to extend the life and beauty of your Agio collection are offered “AgioPatioCare.com“, where you’ll find many inexpensive products and parts to keep your outdoor room looking and entertaining like new.
Care and Maintenance
With proper care and maintenance, your Agio products should give you years of enjoyment. Please refer to the “Maintenance” page, where you’ll find detailed information on how to clean your finishes, fabrics, and so much more. Here you’ll also find a complete collection of products to clean, protect and preserve all of Agio’s fabulous lines of outdoor furnishings.
Aluminum framed furniture will not rust.
Although treated to prohibit rust, if the painted surface of a steel frame is scratched, exposing bare metal, then there is the possibility that rust may occur. Because of exposure to air and water, you should periodically check your furniture for scratches in the paint.
If you find a scratch we encourage you to treat the area by lightly sanding the affected area with extra fine sand paper or steel wool. You then should treat the area with a rust inhibitor and apply touch-up paint. Also, be sure to visit Agio’s “Maintenance” page for information on products specifically made to restore and preserve the look of your outdoor group.
We know that Agio’s fabrics are so beautiful and comfortable that you may want to clean them yourself.
All of Agio’s fabrics are treated to resist the elements. Washing may have a negative effect on your outdoor fabric’s ability to withstand the sun and harsh weather.
We strongly recommend that you maintain the beauty of your cushions by spot cleaning with mild soap and water or a commercially available upholstery/fabric cleaner. Follow the directions on the manufacturer’s label for commercial upholstery cleaners.
Or you can take all of the hard work out of finding the right product by using one of Agio’s specially formulated cleaners and mildew removers. You’ll find all of these easy-to-use product links on Agio’s “Maintenance” page.
Customer Service
Agio offers a wide variety of outdoor dining and living groupings along with accessories, seating and so much more. However because we are a custom manufacturer and sell directly to the retailer, our product lines are offered exclusively to retailers.
If you see a collection you really like, we encourage you to contact the retailer nearest you.
Quite often, Agio retailers will choose the same collections, but will customize their looks with a specific choice of fabric or design. If you find one that you love, but would like to see another color, we encourage you to contact your local retailer and inquire with them what colors and fabrics they are offering.
If you find that your glass tabletop has broken, we suggest you find a local glass replacement vendor who can custom cut a piece of glass for your table. Agio suggests ¼” tempered glass which resists the rigors of outdoor dining and is the safest choice. Also, you may want to get several estimates as we have found that pricing can vary greatly.
If you find you are missing a piece needed to assemble your new outdoor collection, we request that you contact the Authorized Customer Service Center at 1-800-416-3511. They will be happy to replace the missing piece and have it shipped to you directly. The retailers do not stock extra pieces or hardware.
Warranty
Every Agio collection comes with a warranty card or sheet that specifies the coverage for that particular set. By following care and cleaning guidelines provided with your set, and adhering to warranty guidelines, you will be able to enjoy the beauty of your collection and endless outdoor entertaining for years to come.
Again, warranty coverage depends on your specific collection and the materials and pieces you purchase. Generally speaking, storm damage and damage from exposure to the elements are NOT covered by the exclusive warranty. We urge you to read your care and maintenance materials and to be familiar with your warranty and to safeguard your furniture from continuous exposure to harsh elements or inclement weather.
Agio now produces a full line of products to keep your outdoor room looking beautifully new year after year.
Due to its delicate nature, glass breakage is not covered under the Agio warranty. You’ll find that this policy is standard in the outdoor furniture industry. Although not a common occurrence, there are too many variables that can lead to glass breakage.
Should you have a warranty claim, please contact Agio’s Authorized Customer Service. There are several ways Authorized Customer Service can be contacted:
