1. Products Agio will be highlighting at the 2009 Casual Show:
Agio continues to set trends with Raffles Firelight. Agio’s new fire feature adds instant ambience and
a beautifully patterned swirling flame encased in a tempered glass cylinder. It operates on a 1-gallon
propane tank and is available in two different sizes of tabletop, which allows versatility in smaller
outdoor settings as well as being part of a beautifully cozy chat group.
- Taking all-weather wicker looks to new extremes never looked better. Calypso, Agio’s trendsetting
deep-seating living collection features a new banana leaf weave structure that epitomizes luxury and
style. With coordinating side tables and an ornately crafted trunk/coffee table, Calypso captures
consumers with a look that’s beautiful both indoors and out.
Trendsetting Agio is sure to give customers new stylish entertaining opportunities with dining groups
like the Springfield Collection, an elegant aluminum collection crafted with a wrought iron look.
Complemented by deep-seating cushions and a beautiful red slate-top table with blond accents, this new
Fred Doughty design will add new comfort and dimension to customers’ outdoor rooms.
2. Best-selling Agio products over the past year:
As a trendsetter in the industry, Agio is always on the cusp innovating pieces that complement bigselling
items. All-weather wicker continues to be a dominant seller, as shown with Agio’s Calypso Deep
Seating Design, with its innovative banana leaf weave. Each year as we continue our foray into new and
exciting looks, we’re finding that the lines between indoor and outdoor furnishings are beginning to
blur. We’re proud to be offering collections that work equally as well in elegant interiors as they do in
outdoor settings.
Agio innovations continue to boost retailers’ sales because of this type of innovation, as well as due to
our ongoing effort to add pieces that will extend the outdoor season, like our outdoor firepits and chat
groups. Accessories like our tabletop fire urn and new Raffles Firelight Chat Group will continue to give
retailers more options for more customers for many years to come.

We strive every year to come up with new looks and designs that will work for a wide variety of
customers and at varying price points, but while doing so, we are continually working to blur the
margins between indoor and outdoor furnishings. Putting that level of beauty and functionality into
every Agio collection is what our retailers and their customers expect.
4. Agio programs to help retailers market these products:
In order to maximize our retailers’ return on investment, we’ve created new programs that give them
more flexibility than ever. In addition to the continued success of our Agio Reserve Program, we’ve
developed Agio Signature Collections which exemplify the ultimate in high-end, luxury designs, as
illustrated with collections like Calypso. To support a more value-savvy consumer and the retailers who
aim to satisfy that clientele, we’ve also added Agio Select, elegant designs offered at price points sure to
move off of most showroom floors.

- Trends Agio sees in today’s consumer:
One of Agio’s goals with our new collections was to add motion to pieces whenever possible. Trends
indicate that consumers are drawn to the comfort swivel chairs, gliders, and reclining pieces that add so
much luxury to the outdoor entertaining environment.
- Agio responds to consumer wants as the outdoor environment evolves:
As we’ve seen over the past several years, it’s clear that outdoor rooms continue to evolve into spaces
that go far beyond outdoor dining. We’ve added living groups, deep seating chat groups, outdoor fire,
serving accessories and so much more, simply due to the fact that consumers enjoy the intimacy and fun
of being able to share more time outdoors with friends and family.
- Agio’s efforts to help extend the outdoor products selling season:
Simply by virtue of product development and placement of these new products, Agio has been -- and
continues to be -- instrumental in extending the selling season for all of our retailers. Our outdoor
firepits, decorative fire urns and our new Raffles Firelight continue to expand the selection and
functionality of fire in outdoor settings.
- Trends Agio foresees in outdoor products in the near future:
While we continue to lead the industry in extensive outdoor settings, you’ll find in our 2010 collections
various designs and collections geared for smaller-spaced settings. These smaller groups combine
elegance and functionality in smaller urban settings, again expanding market reach. With the boomer
demographic approaching retirement, we simply must have beautiful options for downsized spaces such
as condominium communities – looks that maintain the Agio elegance and quality. Balcony sets, smaller
chat groups, bistro sets and smaller outdoor fire options will continue to be a focus for Agio, and
hopefully for our retailers as well.
